Yes, our members include EPS & RCMP canines. We also have personal protection K9's of our own.

Does the money-back guarantee include overnight stays?
No, only the initial day consult, and if requested in-person before leaving.
Why does 780 charge $5.00 for owner supplied raw food?
Fees cover daily fridge, freezer, sanitization, & handling responsibilities.
Enrichment
Do I have to pay for my dogs to get attention & exercise?
No, enrichment options are bonus attention for our guests.
For example, Huskies need to run all day if not pulling a sled, so, we offer extra exercise options.
Some sensitive dogs require 1-on-1 attention to bloom while others do better by less "hands-on" focus.
How often do the guests get out for exercise & potty breaks?
Our octagon design allows us to provide outside time frequently without affecting efficiency.
Also, we consider age, breed(s), age, overall sociability, & the weather.
What time is first and last let-out?
Typically, 630AM & 9ish PM. Special needs such as puppies, seniors, or medications, can be requested.
What is the size of the indoor resting areas?
Our custom crates are approximately 6'L x 3'W x 3.5'H and we can remove wall(s) for double or triple the sq footage.

Do you have to purchase membership before visiting 780?
No, first book a consult by email, then we can discuss membership details in-person. Same goes for honorary 1st responders, start with an email.
Is the cost per dog?
No, membership covers all canines in your household for only $250/ yr or $1 for honorary first-responders.
What is the difference between board & daycare monthly freebies?
In daycare we may mix social butterflies but with boarding they don't intermingle.
Essentially, members enjoy 2 free days of pet care per month.
Can I stack multiple freebies in 1 stay?
No, the idea is to have owners, pets, & service providers meet more frequently, not just get free stuff.

Does 780 have air-conditioned rooms?
Yes, Wi-Fi monitors air conditioning during summer & heat in winter.
Does 780 have in-floor heating?
No, this can cause a medical concern known as "hot spots".
Does 780 mix canine guests?
No, mixing 30+ strange dogs leads to fights, every k9 has their own indoor & outdoor areas.
Can multiple dogs share space together?
Yes, we can remove walls so that canines from the same household can lodge together.
Just let us know if they need to be fed separately or any other quirks to ensure cohesiveness during their stay.
